We aim to support charities and make a monthly donation to DENS, a charity providing support to those facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion in Dacorum. In addition, we sponsor sporting events with the aim of improving inclusiveness and the quality of people’s lives.
We encourage our employees to volunteer with local charities and initiatives and enable this with two days paid leave per annum.

Whenever possible we procure goods and services locally in order to reduce our impact on the environment and to increase opportunities for those who trade in our area. We aim to create a positive impact on our local environment, and as such strive to reduce the waste of materials, including water, and to reuse or recycle whenever possible.

We aim to become carbon neutral by 2050, and we are already working to reduce the emissions for which we are responsible, whether by reducing our use of electricity by using more efficient equipment, reducing travel and using electric vehicles, or by becoming almost completely paper-free. We seek to diversify our supply chain and work with small, medium, and micro-sized businesses , recognising the important role these enterprises play in sustaining our economy.
