Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the IT estate, including replacing and upgrading infrastructure and software
  • Monitor system performance ensuring smooth running and security
  • Ensure data is stored securely and backed up regularly
  • Proactively maintain, support, diagnose and resolve IT systems issues
  • Provide technical support, resolving users logged tickets
  • Documenting processes to assist employees work with our technology
  • Administration of AD and Office 365 (OneDrive, Exchange, Mail Archive, SharePoint)
  • Administration of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop OS, including OS updates, version upgrades/migrations, hardening and security and installed applications
  • Administration of Client, Server and User Group Policy Objects
  • Administration of printers, Microsoft print Servers and related printing services
  • Administration of JIRA ticketing system, checking categorisation, and prioritising responses
  • Manage Firewalls
  • Cyber-security incident response handling

Essential skills:

  • 2+ years working in a systems administration role
  • Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to critical deadlines

We are looking for a permanent experienced Business Analyst who will be critical to this fast-growing company’s success in delivering large scale data integrations and migrations in the cloud.

The role will involve identifying and assessing changing business needs, capturing, and documenting requirements, analysing the impact of changes, and supporting the business throughout the process. Although not a technical role, many of the requirements will be describing technical processes. You will work directly with stakeholders to support the delivery of business process mapping both as is (source) and to be (target).

For some projects the role would involve defining and agreeing the Data Scope, Business Rules, Data Mappings for example:

  • Agree scope for data sharing
  • Agree Recursive Addition rules / Implied Delete Rules / Business Rules / Scope Rules / Security Rules:
    • Certain records in the source system may need special consideration when being considered for extracting, such as:
      • Records that have been designated as exempt from extraction
      • Data integrity, ensure source and target remain in sync
      • Records requiring enhanced security attributes

The ideal candidate will have a strong business analysis background, be able to communicate effectively at all levels including managing client focussed workshops and have successfully helped deliver a number of system replacement projects.
