Overview
The National Data Quality Improvement Service (NDQIS) is a new national system developed for the Police Service. The system uses well-established software tooling supplied by Datactics, which improves the accuracy of the classification of the data by assessing the details within crime records and then updating the relevant fields in forces’ records.

Datalynx
This is an ongoing project in which Datalynx has been involved since inception. We have provided, or are providing, the following:
- Design and build of the RMS Gateway Application which provides interoperability between local force record management systems and central NDQIS services
- Implementation of the System to more than forty forces across England and Wales
- Infrastructure architectural services for NDQIS
- Security architecture service for AWS
